I rollen som handledare kommer du att arbeta med att vägleda och coacha arbetssökande i dennes individuella resa mot arbete eller studier. Detta inom ramen för Arbetsförmedlingens upphandlade matchningstjänst Rusta och Matcha 2. För att trivas i rollen behöver du vara relationsskapande och stimuleras av att möta människor i en förändringsprocess. Arbetet ställer stort krav på dokumentation och du behöver kunna strukturera och arbeta metodiskt utifrån uppsatta mål och resultat. Det är meriterande om du sedan tidigare har arbetat med någon av Arbetsförmedlingens matchningstjänster.
